The pool was excellent, deep enough to move around and perfect for kids after hot days. Thuy was helpful and responded promptly to messages, arranged transport including airport transfers, and minded bags before departure despite late arrival. The villa had air conditioning in bedrooms, a water filter machine, washing machine, Netflix access for teenagers, and a private splash pool that was spacious. The location was close to the old town, night market 800m away, river within short walking distance, and main amenities nearby.
