The room was clean with a private balcony overlooking green paddy and garden, and the kitchen was available for use. The staff were super friendly, especially Duyen who treated us to delicious breakfasts near the green field. The location was quiet and peaceful, about 5 minutes by motorbike from the ancient town of Hoi An and close to Cua Dai beach.
