The hotel was immaculate and well-equipped with all necessary facilities. The staff, especially Kathy and Jessi-Anne, provided exceptional service with warm welcomes and helpful local advice. The spa treatments were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. A free shuttle bus operated to the Ancient Town, with taxi costs covered when needed. Airport transfers were arranged smoothly by the hotel team.
