The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Jessie and Emily, who ensured good customer service during flooding by guiding to and from the hotel. The room was spacious with a river view and had movie channels in English. Breakfast was good with a buffet that had just the right amount of variety, though Vietnamese coffee required extra payment. The location was quiet and about 10 minutes walk to Hoi An old town with free bikes available.
