The hotel featured exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, including Long, Phuong, and Dunh, who provided excellent local tips and personalized service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool area offered a relaxing oasis from the heat. Breakfast was consistently marvelous with special attention on the last day. The location allowed easy access to Hoi An Old Town.
