The hotel was family run with Mrs Hoa as the housekeeping lady who was fantastic and very important to the stay. The location was quiet, just far enough from the center of Hoi An to be peaceful but still walkable, about a 20-minute walk from Old Town. The room was large and comfortable with windows on multiple sides and a bathroom half the size of the room. Breakfast was great and included in the price while the pool was fabulous.
