The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Na who prepared a list of recommended tours and restaurants with a map of Hoi An. The location was quiet but close enough to walk to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, and the old town was 1.7 km away by free bicycle provided by the facility. The rooms were spacious, clean, with comfortable beds and hot showers with great water pressure. The pool was nice and the breakfast was cooked to order with freshly squeezed juice available.
