The staff was fantastic and the security guard Huynh Huy Phuc helped with bags. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained with a private bathroom in the female-only dorm. The location was perfect, just outside the busy area but within a short walk to the old town and attractions. The pool was nice for relaxation despite some leaves in it.
