The hotel provided spacious, super clean rooms with excellent facilities and air conditioning that kept the room cool and dry. The staff, including Lilly, Anna, Spring, and Bao, were exceptionally helpful and friendly, assisting with tours and local information. Breakfast was made to order and highly praised. The location was safe and quiet, within walking distance to shops and the old town. A pool was available for use even during rain.
