Friendly staff, especially Bich Duyen at reception who gave detailed information about Hoi An and Yen and Gang who were very helpful with various requests. The breakfast buffet was varied with many dishes and fruits, considered better than in higher-star hotels. The room was clean, comfortable, well-sized, with a balcony that had a table and chairs plus umbrellas provided. Laundry service washed clothes the same day for a moderate price. The hotel had a pool suitable for children and bicycles to rent. Location was quiet about 1.5 km from the old city within walking distance but away from its crowds.
