We found the staff to be very nice and welcoming, and they arranged a taxi for us from Da Nang and then on to our next destination at a good price, cheaper than Grab. We were also able to hire a scooter from the accommodation for getting around. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was nice.
