Very clean, spacious rooms with balconies and flowers, comfortable mattresses, and clean towels were there. Friendly owners provided free bicycles for easy access to the old town. The pool was very clean and just steps from the ground floor rooms. Breakfast had Vietnamese traditional options and eggs cooked in various ways. The location was close to the old town, river, many cafes, restaurants including Redbean Restaurant, and a mini bar nearby. Noise from neighbors and karaoke cafe until 22:00 could be heard in some rooms without rubber door isolation. Cleaning staff needed more attention to detail while owners and manager were caring and polite.
