We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, even arranging tickets for the Ly Son island feery for us. Breakfast was great, the pool areas were very relaxing, and the location was ok, with the riverfront entertainment area within walking distance. It was also nice to walk around the neighborhood among the rice fields.
