Spacious villa had three bedrooms with AC, each with its own bathroom including two deep bathtubs and rain-showers, a well-equipped kitchen, private swimming pool with lights for evening swims, and five bikes to explore the neighborhood. The host Nio was friendly and helpful, arranged airport transfers and alternative accommodation during a power outage, communication was via WhatsApp. The location was quiet between the beach and old town of Hoi An, about 15 minutes by bike from busy areas.
