The room was clean, comfortable, and had a balcony with a decent view where Tet fireworks could be watched. The host was nice, welcoming, kind, and communicative while the location was calm and outside of Hoi An. Free bicycles were available to get around with a 15-minute cycle to the beach and 25 minutes to the old city.
