The staff was very friendly and helpful, with Mai and the Front Desk team being fantastic and attentive, even ensuring quiet for guests who needed rest. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, a view over the pool, and a classy rainforest shower with brass fixtures that was spotlessly clean. The hotel had an amazing pool and offered free bicycles along with an electric shuttle car to take guests to the My Son Sanctuary ruins located about 200 meters away.
