Very good location just outside of the Old Town and only a five to ten minute walk to the town center. The room was spacious, very clean, with a comfortable memory foam bed and a lovely hot shower. The owner was very nice and helpful despite limited English, using Google Translate, and arranged a taxi to Da Nang Airport. Bikes were available to rent at the hotel.
