The hotel was located about 5 minutes from the ancient town and near the Japanese bridge with easy access to everywhere. Lisa at reception was exceptionally helpful, arranging a free boat during the flood and assisting with sending important documents to another hotel. The breakfast was good, and the room was clean with firm yet soft beds. Julie at reception organized a boat tour, cooking class, and airport driver for departure while the staff were warm and friendly.
