Large room with a big bed and a balcony overlooking a pond was quiet despite the busy street across the river, shower had good pressure and usually adequate hot water, small sink was available to cut fruit, villa was surrounded by lakes and palms with a pool and terrace on a green property near Bảy Mẫu coconut forest and beach.
