A balcony overlooked a koi carp fish pond with a babbling waterfall, creating a peaceful atmosphere. Free bicycles were available for exploring Hoi An and the nearby beach. Breakfast was served in a pretty garden area next to the fish pond. The bathroom featured strong water pressure and hot water on demand.
