The staff were friendly and helpful with Nih at reception going the extra mile to book tours in Hue and Da Nang, while the hotel had free bikes to explore the town and was located a 5-minute walk from Old Town on a quiet street with cafes, restaurants, shops, and spas. The room was comfortable with a great shower, breakfast was ordered from a menu chosen the night before, and all tours, laundry, and airport transfers could be paid for at the end of the stay.
