Very clean, spacious room with a nice balcony and beautiful views was there. The host was really nice, helpful, and arranged onward travel to Ninh Binh. Free road bikes were available at the property which was slightly out of the center but about a 15-minute walk away. Wi-Fi was very good and air conditioning was strong in the quiet room. Laundry service for a fee was onsite while secure parking was also present.
