Nice quiet place outside the busy area, about 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Room with balcony, river view, good A/C and shower. Breakfast included, fresh and tasty. Pool was good for hot days. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Kim and Rose. Bicycles available to borrow for exploring Hoi An. Close to small store, easy access to town by foot or taxi.
