An exceptional stay, with staff who were really nice and helpful. When we had a problem with a tour reservation and were not satisfied, they put in a lot of effort to help us and make us happy, which we appreciated. The hotel itself is good, and it is about a 10-minute walk from Old Town, which is convenient.
