The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Vi at the reception and Hana who responded to a midnight emergency with flu medicine. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the pool had an amazing view of the Thu Bon River. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable with traditional yet luxurious design and mattress toppers for extra back support. The location was excellent by the riverbank in Hoi An, away from crowded streets but close to the old town.
