The staff were wonderful and Lan, Linh, Phi, and Chau at reception were very kind and attentive. The rooms were large, bright, spacious with split-level layouts, comfy beds, two sinks, a large bathtub and shower with strong water pressure. The breakfast was huge with a mix of Eastern and Western cuisine and plenty of choices for children. The shuttle to town was great while taxis were cheap, walking into Hoi An had coffee shops along the route. The spa was in a beautiful garden setting where 90-minute massages were very relaxing.
