The hotel was centrally located on a quiet street close to the Ancient Town and Old Quarter with everything in walkable distance. The host, Mrs. Thuy, was very pleasant, helpful, spoke good English, gave advice, helped with transport ... and entrance tickets, and arranged every wish. The room was spacious with a balcony but no window. Breakfast had options and good coffee. A bike rental was suggested by the host and taken care of by the guard.
