The location was perfect, just a short walk to Old Town Hoi An with many restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The staff were very kind, helpful, and spoke good English. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned with daily cleaning service. Early check-in was offered upon request. Authentic Vietnamese food was available on-site or nearby.
