Friendly hosts, especially Le and Ahn with her husband, were very helpful and kind, driving guests into town and assisting promptly with any needs. The room was spacious, clean, bright with a large window facing the small lake, a massive balcony, comfortable king size bed, and a shower with hot water and strong pressure. Free bicycles were available for use. The location was quiet in a suburban neighborhood about 10-15 minutes by bike from Old Town Hoi An and An Bang Beach.
