The staff were exceptional, with Pink, Kim, Joy, and Phillip providing friendly and helpful service throughout the stay. The location was very central, just minutes from the old town and markets. Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with well-kept facilities. Breakfast offered a wide variety including Nutella and coco puffs for the first time in Vietnam. The pool area was great for relaxation after exploring nearby attractions.
