Staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive, providing quick check-in and assistance throughout the stay. Facilities included free water refills, use of a surprisingly clean kitchen, covered parking for motorbikes, and a new swimming pool with shaded seating areas. The location offered easy access to both city attractions and the beach.
