Friendly and very helpful owner was there and the room had a large veranda with cleanliness and comfort, bike rental was available at a good price through the host, who also sold bus tickets cheaper than ticket offices, location was close to the main tourist area of Hoi An, within walking distance of the old town and near bus stops.
