The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Tunh at reception and Thuy in housekeeping who were professional and accommodating. The penthouse had indoor and outdoor spas, a large terrace with a twin spa bath, a fully fitted kitchen, and good views. The location was central but quiet, close to the night market at the end of the street and within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops, sightseeing spots like the Japanese Bridge and Ancient Town.
