The staff were very friendly and helpful, with Moc Tra at reception providing local knowledge and arranging transport. The hotel had free bikes to explore the area, a pool to relax in, and rooms that were clean, comfortable, with air conditioning and balconies overlooking the river. Breakfast was prepared daily at minimal cost with western or Vietnamese options and fresh fruit. The location was quiet in a local neighborhood but close enough to Old Town by bike or Grab.
