The hotel provided spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and reliable WiFi. The location was ideal-close to the old town yet quiet at night. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Staff members, especially Julie, Spring, and An, were exceptionally warm, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. Additional services included assistance with taxi arrangements at fair prices and free guided tours of Hoi An.
