The staff were lovely, welcoming, and attentive, helping with transport ... and local food recommendations while even moving breakfast earlier to accommodate us. The room was spotless and calming with a small balcony where evenings were spent watching lanterns above Hoi An’s old town, the hotel had a nice swimming pool and a small gym.
