Friendly family lent bikes to ride around Hoi An and gave many recommendations on experiencing the city, arranged cars for travel, and allowed late checkout with a minimum fee, the room was comfy and quiet with a huge bathroom window like showering in a rainforest, tea was served in the morning while waiting for taxi, bananas were given for the journey, free hot water filter was available, and their humble dog was very cute.
